INTERNAL RULES
OF BEAVER AQUAPARK
In order to ensure your well-being and safety, we kindly ask you to respect the following rules.
BEAVER AQUAPARK is open from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. Its access is paying.
BEAVER AQUAPARK is based in a bathing area supervised by qualified personnel.
The diplomas are available on site.
Never use park equipment beyond opening hours.
Clients must keep the entry bracelet throughout their presence in the park.
The practice of activities is prohibited to anyone who has consumed alcohol or any substance that may alter their abilities.
Each member of the staff is authorized to enforce the rules of these regulations and, in the event of a breach, to proceed with expulsion, without any compensation being claimed.
The park is not responsible for the theft, loss or damage to your personal items throughout the site. We recommend that you do not leave your personal belongings unattended.
Lockers are available inside the park for €2.
For health and safety reasons, only a “non-paying” person is admitted to the park. Additional friends or family members are invited to wait for the end of the session outside the park.
Tables are intended for customers of the park's snack bar, picnic areas are available on the beach of Mesnil St-Père.
Following the safety instructions is mandatory in all circumstances.
The practice of violent games (fights, jostling) is prohibited.
The management declines all responsibility in the event of an accident occurring as a result of non-compliance with these safety instructions.
Payment :
Beaver Aquapark accepts cash, bank cards (CB/VISA) and holiday vouchers (ANCV).
Checks, transfers and administrative vouchers are accepted from Town Halls, certain associations or groups, only after agreement from the administration.
Refund :
The payment of the entry ticket constitutes acceptance of these rules. No refund will be made if this has not been respected. No refund will be made once the user has spent more than 10 minutes in the park and seems able to practice the activity.
During exceptional closures of the park (weather event), interrupted services are not refundable. However, the remaining time of the service can be used as soon as the park reopens the same day.
Weather situation :
In the event of bad weather (rain, storm, high winds, flooding, etc.) causing a drop in attendance and/or security risks, the park may be closed for several hours or even the whole day.
Free riders:
Anyone attempting to enter the park without having paid an entry fee will be ordered to leave the park and pay the entry fee. Lawsuits can be initiated. The assistance of the gendarmerie will also be required if necessary.
Complaints:
Any complaint can be made by mail to the company's mail and email address; specifying the subject, date and time of the dispute. All while specifying your identity and contact details. The role of the staff is not to deal with complaints on the spot. We will make sure to deal with each complaint as soon as possible.
